This is the most recent project for an ongoing client, dating back to 1976. The Kenann Building, Jaragua Hotel & Casino and the Vincent Island House are just a few of many. Originally designed for a golf course lot in Emerald Bay, Great Exuma in the Bahamas where deed restrictions required a Bahamian style design, it was later enlarged for a three acre site in Plantation, Florida.
Now married with new twins, the large lot was perfect and allowed space for a separate guest house and pool house. Cut Coral rock and crosscut Travertine marble were used extensively on exterior and interior floors and walls. Interior ceilings clad in Cypress paneling reflect the shape of the Bahamian roofs.
