STANLEY HOUSE

A small family waterfront house with a single level flat roof, post and beam construction and a raised wood frame floor. The raised floor level extends to the exterior as floating wood decks outside of every room. The plan is organized around an entry garden and privacy is ensured by a high concrete block wall across the street front. Nick and Peggy lived there happily for almost 50 years and after Peggy died the house was demolished.
